Philippe (Phil) Bellande
I am a Lifestyle Consultant and Real Estate Advisor on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. My former career was in Consumer Goods Sales and Marketing with Coca-Cola and Mars in Latin America and the United States.
Before moving to Spain, I had spent my holidays at the Costa del Sol every year since 2006, and I am very familiar with the area.
I am fluent in five languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole.
About Us
The phoenix (like our logo) is a symbol of the sun in Roman and Egyptian mythology. Jewish legends tell of a bird called "Milcham" who was granted eternal life and reborn every 1000 years. An egg from the nest is reborn as a new bird, allowing the species to live on.
I'm captivated by the Phoenix Bird symbol & story, and it was called "Milcham" in Jewish mythology, so I use it for my company.
I founded my first company, "Milcham", in Miami with my son Philippe Jr. It was a wine import business. In 2022, I moved to Spain to a new life, got into real estate, and realized I could offer more to my customers than just buying or selling properties. To that end, I decided to broaden Milcham's mission to help others settle in Spain's Costa del Sol and experience a wonderful lifestyle as retirees. "Milcham ReLo is that remaining 'egg' that finally hatched and will live on for a thousand years."
